OceanGPT

OceanGPT (沧渊) — the first ocean-science LLM (ACL 2024), built with the DoInstruct multi-agent instruction pipeline and evaluated on the companion OceanBench. Extended through 2025–2026 with OceanGPT-o (multimodal: sonar, science imagery, marine biology), OceanGPT-coder, and 4B / 30B-A3B checkpoints trained on the OceanPile corpus. A scientific foundation model with real domain transfer, from ZJUNLP (Huajun Chen, Ningyu Zhang).
