A foundation model for cryo-EM image processing (particle curation and analysis), published in Nature Methods 2025. Cryo-IEF extends Fajie Yuan's lab beyond sequence modeling into structural-biology imaging FMs, with a follow-up preprint (CryoDECO) continuing the line.
