A real-time, action-conditioned surgical world model derived from Cosmos-Predict2.5-2B. Its causal few-step streaming student predicts 288x512 video from an initial frame and 44-dimensional robot actions on a single RTX PRO 6000, targeting simulation and policy learning for robotic surgery.
