NorOLMo-13B

A 13B Nordic language model (Norwegian bokmål/nynorsk plus Sámi) continued from OLMo-2-13B on HPLT 3.0 + OLMo-mix + FinePDFs/FineMath/ MegaMath, from the Edinburgh-anchored HPLT consortium. Complements the HPLT corpus line with a concrete large multilingual model; also released alongside a new gpt-bert 4.0 multilingual encoder generation and OpenLID-v3.
